Where is the event located? 

Iroquois Sports Complex – 500 Victoria St S. Whitby – South parking lot.

What are the hours of the event? 

Saturday May 25th 11am – 9pm & Sunday May 26th 11am – 7pm

What is the entrance fee and where does the money go?

Our Annual event is a fundraiser. We have donated over $300,000 raised from this event to local charities and those in need around the world.

Entrance is $5.00 per person – children 14 and under are free. Every year, we are truly humbled by the people at the gate who give more than the 5$ knowing that 100% of the proceeds go directly back to charities. We also have to shout out to the trucks that give back to our event…inspiring

Are Pets Allowed?

We love pets as much as you do, however from experience, we have to make this a “Pet Free Zone”.  The tasty treats are just too tempting to our four legged friends and accidents have happened.

Will there be a Beer Tent?

Oh yes there will be!  We are fully licensed.  You can purchase your beverage of choice from our friends at Brock St Brewery and take it anywhere inside the fenced area (excluding the kids zone). 

Are there bank machines on site? 

Yes, we have arranged to have a bank machine on site.

Do the Food Trucks Take Cash or Credit?

Yes, the trucks have tap payment, however if your favourite truck doesn’t, we have bank machines in the event area.

Where do I park?

We have arranged with the Whitby Go Train Parking lot to provide FREE parking all weekend.

Is there entertainment?

Is smoking allowed in the event area?

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the fenced event area.
